Buyer send LOI (Letter Of Intent to purchace) to Myanmar Rice
Myanmar Rice issues Full Corporate Officer (FCO)
Buyer accept FCO by issuing Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
Myanmar Rice and Buyer sign draft of contract
Myanmar Rice releases Non-negotiable copy of Bill of Lading (BL) and other shipping documents. All documents are issued by Myanmar.
 
Procedure depends on payment terms such as T/T or L/C

Packing

Packing can be according to buyer. Most used packings are 50kg PP bags

Shipment

Partial shipment / Trans-shipment is allowed

Price

$USD FOB Yangon Port (We can quote CIF as well)

Payment

TT or L/C (L/C at sight can only be offered when buyer has a wellknown reliable bank)

Inspection

Quantity and Quality inspection by SGS at Myanmar Rice costs. Buyer’s representive can check the availability and condition of stock at Myanmar Rice’s warehouse.

Furmigation

Myanmar Rice will undertake the cost of furmination to keep away insects injuries. 

Quantity when buying bulks
